- What happens if the item is faulty?
At eWreckers we encourage all users to be honest and straightforward. Part of our Terms & Conditions is that sellers are honest and describe their items in the exact condition they are in and exact workability. If a faulty part is dispatched eWreckers will encourage both parties to try to resolve the dispute between themselves. If after a reasonable number of attempts the dispute is not resolved, eWreckers will then look at the history of the transaction. We have devised a rating system so that buyers are able to post feedback about the seller's service and delivery. This system also assists eWreckers in investigating user accounts we cancel.
